Classic Oilfield Service Ltd. is an oilfield rental company supplying specialty equipment to the oil and gas service industry.
Founded in September 1993 by four men who set out to serve the oil patch, the company started with a line of fishing tools, sand pumps, and clean-out bailers. In October 1994, Classic acquired Ram Oilfield Rentals — a move that turned it into a one-stop shop and helped grow the operation from four men to more than 30 employees at the height of activity in 1997.
